Unfortunately the regular chef must have had a day off...we usually enjoy the food and the service is good, but tonight our meal was very disappointing.
The "grilled" pork dumplings were deep-fried (!), soggy and tasted freezer burnt. $18 is way overpriced.
My husband found a bone in his ginger beef, and the dish was almost like soup with all the sauce. It should be crispy, light and sticky and it was quite the opposite.
Too bad.

Ordered takeout dinner for 16 people, food was good, hot and on time for pickup, we had plenty to feed all of us, with some leftovers, highly recommend.
